What a perfect setting for this grassy patch of paradise. Seals and pelicans abound and beautiful weather almost everyday. Grab some food to go from one of the many restaurants around and find a nice spot. You could not ask for a more perfect spot...More

What could be better than a grassy park with plants and benches overlooking the beach and the ocean in an area with perfect weather most of the year.

We enjoyed a great walk and fantastic views from the Ellen Browning Park. The view of the ocean and all of the seals was a great experience.

The area is kept clean although the restrooms could be better. I liked the tie die man selling his T shirts and they were good quality. I didnt like the fact there was nothing to eat there and that the parking was very difficult.

It is crowded but you have a great view of the Pacific Ocean. A nice place to catch your breath and relax after you are tired walking around the "upscale" La Jolla streets.

This park, right on the ocean in La Jolla, is a very popular place for swimmers, beach goers (La Jolla Cove) skin and scuba divers, walkers, and families. Parking is the biggest challenge, regardless of the time of day, and on the weekends, nearly impossible....More

Have lunch at Cody's and walk to the park. This was one of my favorite places in La Jolla. Great pictures of seals.

This is a beautiful park. Close-cropped grass and Dr. Seuss-style trees! It overlooks the ocean. If you're adventurous, you can climb down the beach. On the North side of the park is La Jolla cove, where you can swim, snorkel, and kayak. This place is...More
