The Golf Club at La Quinta this past weekend was a lot of fun. A Great course offers both challenging yet enjoyable play. Miguel with his wonderful smile always makes it so much fun and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is having a good time. Everyone is fantastic: from the nice guy who brings the cart... More

We lived on this golf course. The owner does not take care of the surrounding land and wanted the HOA to do this. He also raises the rates significantly every year. The course is nice but it is not worth the money to play when there are other better courses for the same money or less

We found a great deal online for unlimited play with lunch included so we took advantage of it. The staff was great as was the lunch but the course was drab and monotonous, not ideal to play more than once. If you find a deal and you're more interested in quantity over quality, or if you're a novice player not... More

What a pleasant suprise -- bought 2 passes on Underpar at a discounted rate that included unlimited golf for a day plus breakfast or lunch plus a drink (either alcoholic or soft) plus range. The course was wide and relatively forgiving, in great shape & the greens excellent -- hard, fast & run true. My wife REALLY appreciated the truly... More

I was recently staying at the La Quinta resort for a work conference. Some co workers and I went to play golf at the mountain course. It was very slow going. Seemed like so many dads had their kids out on the course to teach them how to play. So this slowed us down and we didn't get to finish... More

Surrounded by home & mountains the course is in great shape and fun to play. The 18 hole course is challenging but not difficult and fun to play. Even for a beginner it is a gentle forgiving course and enjoyed playing it.

Very fair course with a tee box for every caliber of player. The greens were hard and fast and the fairways were still a little long because of overseeding. I'd play here again any time.

Nothing tricky or gimmicky here. Just a well laid out course in tip top shape. played it twice in same day under 3.5 hours each round. Very friendly and helpful staff. Terrific cafe!!!

I have never played desert golf before, but it not much different than golf anywhere else. I played the Dune course desgned by Pete Dye. I will warn you about this course...the greens will absolutely kill your score. Not only are they tiny, but if you are short on your chip to the green the ball will fall away 40... More

This is a beautiful place for golf. Best practice facilities I've ever seen. It is a very fair course if you choose the right tee box. Some holes are right up against the mountain. Great variety in the holes. Liked it much better than the resort course.
