$3 to park for the day. There are basic facilities (port-a-potty) at the parking lot and out on the trails. This is a beautiful area with hiking trails for all skill levels. Road bikes were out on the paved, mostly closed road through the park....More

Enter the park and instantly you are in the country with deer and birds singing. The grand oaks are so peaceful you forget you are in the city. The hiking is great and the off-road biking is a blast. Take the time at least once...More

Aliso Woods is an endless amount of fun. I’m biased since I live nearby, but I’ve enjoyed this park since I was a kid, and now I enjoy it even more with kids. There are multiple trails to ride or hike. It’s often crowded on...More

Dynamic park for hiking and mountain biking. Beautiful year round. Deer are frequently seen, as are rattlers in Spring. Lots of hawks. You can ride the main trail and ridge with an all terrain bike, but the single track ascents and descents are some of...More

Super easy day hike and popular with mountain bikers. Suitable for children. Lovely views along the way. Hike to cave rock and dripping cave-sort of unique for the area and fun for kids. Parking is 3 dollars and the machine accepts credit and debit cards....More

We have enjoyed riding our bikes here for a long time. The trails range from very easy to hard depending on what you like. The cave is a fun place to take the kids to hang out and relax.
