Highly recommend the balcony seats behind the orchestra. You get to watch Dudamel at work and see things from the perspective of the orchestra. Make sure to attend one of the talks before the concert too.

We've subscribed to the LA Phil for years. Our own Dudamel is a fabulous conductor of our superb orchestra, but we always enjoy visiting conductors. The programs are varied and soloists outstanding. For anyone who loves music, a concert at Disney Hall should be a "must" for anyone living in or visiting LA .

5 for quality of performances and architecture, 1 for web site and customer service. It's too bad that a world class orchestra in a world class venue has such a pathetic web site. Navigation is terrible, especially if you're trying to put together a subscription series. For example, if you happen to choose one performance where there are no good... More

We were visiting LA and had never been inside the Disney Hall, although had seen the outside many times. We saw that we could see Dudumel conduct so went. We saw a fantastic concert and the orchestra was sharp and acoustics in this fantastic hall fantastic. We took our daughter and she loved it too. The facility is very nice.... More

Very excited to visit LA Phil on a recent visit to LA. A family member offered the tickets from her season ticket purchase. Was seated next to rude man who told me to exchange seats with my husband because my perfume was bothering his wife. Did not nor do I wear perfumes or other fragrances. It was very humiliating and... Attending the LA Phil at the Disney Hall is a very moving experience which we Angelenos are fortunately afforded. The Gehry Titaniium wrapped structure is a marvel both outside and inside. Hearing the Phil and experiencing Dudamel's conducting is almost a Bucket List inclusion! Go & enjoy. ...

I didn´t had a chance to attend a concert, but I absolutely had an amazing experience. You get the chance to enter the building and explore it by yourself or you can pay for an audio guide. The interior design by itself worth going in, you can take a lot of pictures watching how the building "moves" with great materials... More

As an interior designer I was interested to see how the SPACES worked. Although we were only in the public spaces (no concert for us), I liked the way the space moved inside. The outside was indeed a hint of what to expect inside. Nice. Next trip we'll have to experience the concert hall, too.

We heard a performance of Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody. It was perfection. If you have the funds, see them at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. If you don't, watch them practice at the Hollywood Bowl.
