Very informative!!! Hollywood isn't all about glamour, there are some pretty sad stories of people's lives out there. The tour is something everyone should see!

This is a great little tour which gives loads of information on our dearly departed Hollywood friends and particularly nasty local murders - what ,how and where . Only complaint is that it seemed a bit rushed .Would have been nice to be at a more relaxed pace with better photo opportunities and more dramatic expression . You want the... More

The tour was very laidback, so much so that I would've stayed on the bus for another couple of hours happily. Our tour guide was very accomodating when I asked for suggestions after the tour and ended up continuing the macabre theme by heading to Hollywood Forever Cemetery, which was a nice cap off to the day. He had great... More

Our guide was very knowledgeable, and clearly really enjoys his job. It was a very interesting tour, which was at times funny and at times disturbing, and at times just interesting trivia. Highly recommended as a very engaging three hours.

We had a good time on the tour. It would have been better if the guide had stuck with the tour's main topic and not got into so much personal stuff. We really didn't care about his girlfriend, his preferences in music, his church or his quest for knowledge.

Best advice-sit on the left. Most sites of The Tragical History Tour are on the left. Awesome tour, just wish I would've been sitting left.

A great time full of exciting info and fun. The guide was a encyclopedia of knowledge on the subject of deaths in Hollywood history.

Staying in Hollywood

Neighbourhood Profile
Hollywood
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
