What could have been a longer than my patience could handle tour, turned into a well maintained, hilarious adventure. Without going into all the detailed hiccups of the day, our guide Shay went above and beyond to keep us all entertained throughout the entire experience. He totally saved the day AND prevented me from receiving a parking ticket. He's magically... More

After three nights in LA, with its traffic and chaos, I was hesitant to book a tour of the area. I'm so glad I booked with this company! Our driver, Justin, even gave us a little extra time at the beaches. They were professional, flexible, knowledgeable, and fun. Thanks guys!

Have to say we had a pretty good time on this tour, with just a couple of negatives! Actually, one of the main positives, turned out to be one of the negatives too! So, the positives:- A decent Mercedes minibus. A driver who knew the area well, and had a very dry sense of humour. A Sunday trip with little... More

I just wanted to express my thanks for the tour we had with Zaire. He was terrific! My family of 7 spent 7 hours with him on Feb 21st. He was professional, attentive, knowledgeable and humorous. Couldn't have been better. I recommend him highly.

They pick you up at your hotel and you go on the tour with a few other people. This was not my first time in LA, as I have family in the area, but it was the first time I had been on the tour. I really enjoyed learning about the history and seeing some new stuff. Michael Jackson's home... More

Now I know why they ask for the 18% gratuity upfront!! Took the private tour that cost over $700 for our group to have the guide, Justin give us running commentary on the state of the freeways, the transmission problems with the van and where he gets his haircut! Just before the lunch stop, the van began to experience problems... More

We decided to opt for a Private Tour as we had a group of 11 people in which 8 were teenagers (ranging 13 to 17). We felt that this would be a great opportunity to see the highlights of LA. The lady we spoke (Cindy) too at booking was very helpful and promised a fun & exciting day. We were... More

Where do we start? Took the private tour with 7 teenagers and 3 adults. Made our way to downtown LA "tour guide" was very ininformative unless you wanted to know about the Playboy Bunnies he had driven around or which hotel he used to go to to get lucky (age inappropriate) or where he gets his haircut. He whas rude,... More

I went on this tour with my boyfriend in June. We saw an AWESOME tour of Hollywood and the beaches. The Santa Monica Pier was the BEST! I highly recommend the Grand Tour over the City Tour…you get to see the beaches.

This tour was really cool. Our driver picked us up right from the airport and showed us all the best sights in LA, including the beaches, pier, and a bunch of movie stars homes, then dropped us off at our hotel. Our driver was very accommodating and even took a detour to show us the movie premier of the new... More

Staying in Hollywood

Neighbourhood Profile
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
