I'll leave the perspective of the specific show I saw out, because it will be long gone before you read it. In general the theater has a wide variety of high quality shows. However, having seen a lot of shows in many theaters, I will say the seating is about as uncomfortable as I've had. I'm not that tall (6'0")... More

After hearing a lot of hype, I spent a lot of money to see "The Price," while visiting from the West Coast with my girlfriend. I expected more than one stage set. The set you see when you come in is the same the whole time. I thought there would be more than 4 or five actors. Devitto is great;... More

Amazing, wonderful production that brings the story alive. And you cannot get a bad seat in the Mark Taper Forum. If you can still get tickets, GO!

Came to LA specifically to see this acclaimed production of Zoot Suit by Luis Valdez and el Teatro Campesino. We were very impressed with the building and the location. Production was a little disappointing in that it was hard to understand. We could hear, but articulation wasn't always clear, Dynamic production with great choreography and good leads. The location with... More

My wife and I went to the Mark Taper theater to the Zoot Suit for anniversary weekend. First time at the theater. My wife and I have been to several theaters around town and by far this is the best. First there's plenty of parking second before you get to the theater with restrooms there plenty of vendors selling Delicatessen... More

The girls spent an evening out at the Mark Taper Forum. We enjoyed Zoot Suit. We had good seats in Section B. The cast and the energy was amazing. The World premiere was held in 1978! It will be there from January 31 - March 19, 2017.

A wonderful theatre experience (Zoot Suits). It seems that every seat is a good seat, and the washrooms actually accommodate a large number of people in a short space of time. Can't wait to make an evening here part of our next visit to LA.

Have had a subscription for some years - almost never disappointed. Appreciate the productions that are world premieres, also fun to see name actors on stage at times.

We went to see the presentation "Appropriate", a three hour play. That's right three hours, but the time went by quickly as it kept one captivated. It was a good production. It is not a large theater so most seats are good, though it is best to be in the middle. The seats are really comfortable which made it that... More
