Little did we know Ficklin Vineyards is a port producing winery. The tasting room was very cool and the tasting room hostess was quite knowledgable. The vineyard was a bit tricky to find but definitely worth it.

The tawny port is the absolute best you can drink. Forget the ports from Portugal or other wineries.

This place is really cool. Not only did I taste some really amazing port but I learned a lot about the process. Very educational. This place has been around for 70 years! Definitely worth the drive out there.
