I have been to this beach dozens of times since moving to Santa Barbara, and it is great! Quiet This is the perfect place for relaxing with a book or taking the dogs for a walk. It is fairly long so you can walk pretty...More

My review would be ten out of ten but I have to give it 9.5 only because when you walk this vast beautiful beach you can often pick up tar on the soles of your feet. Nothing a good scrub in the bath or shower...More

Provided you get the tide timing right, you can walk all the way from the Montecito golf club to the Pier in Santa Barbara alone the shore. Very nice walk (or hike or run).

Drove by with the thought of coming back for the sunset but even though it was a Monday afternoon it was super crowded and could find NO PARKING. It's a small area.

Such a great beach for sunsets. Very stunning. Get here early on weekends. We prefer early mornings especially during low tides.

Beautiful beach, not crowded, easily accessible by stairs. Great place for a morning run. This beach is nice for children, dogs, artists and walker/runners.

Our family of four visited this beach during our stay in Santa Barbara and really enjoyed the several hours that we spent there. It's a lovely beach with plenty of walking space, and our kids especially loved the area closer to the Biltmore (which is...More

The sand is warm, the ocean bracing and we did spot a sea lion in the pounding waves. We gawked at the cabana club, an Art Deco beauty where the elite lounge around the Olympic- sized pool and probably dream of balls and BBQ' on...More

Really easy to get to Santa Barbara or Montecito. Free parking (it will get really busy on a weekend late morning on) and steps away from the beach. Best at low tide for a long walk, but almost always wonderful to access the ocean. Steps...More
