We live just around the corner from the Reserve and have been here for 45 years. It's a great place for kids (and adults) to see the marine life in these tide pools. It's a very popular place for school science field trips. Be sure...More

Incredible experience watching the harbor seals and exploring the tidal pools. Wear appropriate shoes and be aware that dogs aren't allowed.

Fun to walk along the rocky beach to look for marine life especially during low tide. Going during the week was great----less crowded! Though the Bluff and Cypress Trails were short, they offer amazing views of the ocean and of course, the cypress trees. Just...More

Remember to check the low tide times in order to see the tide pools. There's a main parking area with toilet and show-washing facilities. The trail through the woods at the cliff are amazing too.

Friends brought us here for a visit. Absolutely beautiful! Our timing was not good, it was not low tide. Be sure to go at low tide for the tide pools. Bring a chair and just relax. Waves were great, some running at right angles. Nice...More
