Shasta Trinity NF is a large area in NorCal that affords numerous recreational opportunities…hunting, camping, fishing, boating, mountain climbing or just beautiful scenery while out driving around. We took this road from Eureka over to Redding. It is highway 299. It went through so many lovely areas. Lots of twists and turns and something to see all along the way. We stopped in Weaverville at a produce stand and got some amazing...More

The trip along Hwy 89 takes you to the 3 waterfalls and they are really worth the trip. It is within 20 minutes of Mount Shasta. An easy drive and paved walking paths at the falls. Nice:)
