Great customer service

Unfortunately we had too much fog to find the whales but the boat trip was good and they did their best. They offered a voucher for another trip and we will definitely go back.

Me and my husband went on the whale watching tour while on our honeymoon to the Los Angeles area. It was fun but we only saw a few sea lions and it was very long. The boat was pretty full and we were located right near the back of the boat so it was incredibly noisy! I had a headache... More

The staff onboard was very knowledgable and quickly found a mother and baby gray whale for us to watch. We stayed with them for quite a while before going off in search of others. We found sealions and seals, but no more whales. If you enjoy being on boats and won't be too disappointed if you don't see whales, this... More

This was a really good tour the only bad side was we went out after waiting 10 minutes late as a couple of families weren't on time then after launching and leaving harbour we had to go back (yes really) overall there and back 45 minutes late to be told on way it was a medical emergency which it clearly... We took our homeschool class on this trip and it didn't disappoint. The captain and his mate were extremely knowledgable. They knew where to not only find the whales but 3 different types of dolphins. They were so experienced they were able to find the dolphins and allow them to surf with our boat. It was amazing! You could see... More

My sister and I went on a whale watching cruise during spring break in March. I definitively recommend going in the afternoon (1:00 or 3:00) so that it gives the sun enough time to dry and lift the smog/mist for better sight! We saw about a dozen different whales and we even got to see one jump out of the... More

Anniversary day trip- We went on the Western Pride boat- clean, simple and I liked that it had a wooden ledge to lean up against/sit on/ set stuff on and you could get closer to the water. My husband and I stayed at the front left of the boat the entire trip and we were not disappointed- in the first... More

I have to preface this review with the fact that it was a beautiful sunny day with an extremely calm ocean. That being said, the part of the day controlled by humans was wonderful. The boats hold six people which is much better than the other tours we saw with 30 or 40 people on a huge cat. Because of... More

Had great day on boat for whale watching! Get informative, unfortunately the whales were shy only saw parts of backs of them, but that was fine! It still was a beautiful ride! Its in a really quaint town with little shops! Well worth the drive!

I have gone whale wstching several times with this group. Couple times because of groupon. They had a marine biologist on staff who knew everything. I have gone and seen whales and not seen whales. Either way its a great 2.5 hours. Staff is always friendly. They have a parking validation at the garage next door. Like $9 to $10.... More
