Longest wooden pier on California coast at 1941 feet, 1/3 of a mile, there is a convenience store half way out stocked floor to ceiling with fishing pole rentals, bait, tackle, snacks and beverages, and a whole lot of souvenir's stuffed into a 7X15 foot space. Ruby's 50's diner is located on the end with breakfast to burgers and a view to die for. The pier it self is open 24 hours a day 7days a week

Ruby’s sits on the end and lots of people fish off the pier. The views are fabulous with a fun vibe. We walk the pier and enjoy seeing all of the people:). Oceanside has improved so much in the past ten years!

Our kiddos loved being able to see the baby crabs come out of the sand when the water came up. It was their 1st time here as well. We absolutely loved the atmosphere as well!

Great set up for fishing from the pier because there are slabs of plastic attached to the railing so you can easily clean and filet your catch which of course then permits the local birds to be fed the left overs easily enough. We saw...More

No, but there are dog beaches along the coast. It’s a great off leash time!

The pier does not cost anything to walk out to. There is a small diner at the end of the pier that is moderately priced. Blessings!
