We are staying in the Embarc resort at Desert Willow and being keen golfers from the UK were keen to play our local course. We booked a tee time of 12noon from the UK on the Firecliff course, the other Desert Willow Course, Mountain View, being closed for maintenance. We were assured that there would be plenty of time to... More

The staff in the pro shop and on course are very welcoming and helpful. The course is challenging enough for a range of skill levels. Some great par 3's

The course was not in great shape. We played the Mountain course at 8:30AM on a Tuesday morning. We told the starter we had played Indian Wells the day before and he said "their greens are better but our course is just as good." Um...not even close. Indian Wells was beautiful and in great shape. Desert Willow was not in... More

We had an early Tee Time at 6:55 AM on a beautiful Sunday morning. This is a well-designed golf course and there is a lot of well-maintained areas, however, since it's also a Muni, they have set up a foot golf course on top of the normal course. There are multiple flags on all holes with multiple teeing areas. This... More

We played on a relatively cool (low 90s) Tuesday afternoon. The course was not busy and we played as a twosome. We finished in 3-1/2 hours. The conditions were excellent, and the views or the surrounding mountains are outstanding. Conditions and views were better than at the Marriott Shadow Ridge (also a very nice course).

Golf course is really amazing. Really worth to visit it. However, the staff is providing medium service, marshall is non existent, we were playing behind 4 men who played extremely slow. We asked if they could let us pass but there was straight answer "No". Players are allowed to have parties, scream and drink whisky on the golf course. Nobody... More
