We were a group of 12 and got set up in a semi-private room for a tasting. Five wines for $30. A little pricey. Most other wineries were charging $20. The wines in the flight were all really good. Paula was so gracious and patient worth us even though we were in a bit of a time crunch. You will... More

Paso Robles wines' area still trying to achieve Napa and Sonoma County status. While they are getting better there are some, like Daou that have moved to charging outrageous prices for their tastings. Daou charges $30 or $45 depending on the list of their wines you want to taste. The fee is waived if you buy, not one but 3!!!... More

The vineyard is one of the best to visit in Paso. The views are breathtaking and sipping on a quality wine while viewing is even better. They have a great wine pairing menu, but I would love to see a full food menu as the food is typically as good as the wine. If you come to Paso regularly, it... More

We chose the food and wining pairing option at Dau, and loved it. We had a great meal along with spectacular wine. The tasting room is on top of a mountain, and the view made it all worth it. This is a high priced winery for Paso Robles, but well worth it. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

If you want fabulous wines, an amazing view, and friendly service, then this winery is a must ! We had a private tasting, and I didn't want it to end. Sitting out on their veranda, overlooking all the vineyards and hills, was simply breathtaking ! We chose the red wines and loved every one of them! The "Micho 2013" was... More

The Daou tasting room is truly one of the best in Paso. Disclaimer, it is not the cheapest in the area, but you do get what you pay for. The tasting room is stunning with amazing views of the vineyards and the Paso valley. It takes your breath away. The wines are spectacular. I joined their wine club and have... More

We've tried many wineries in Paso Robles, and we were just shocked to find this one in such a quaint community. The view, beautiful....that's it. The wine tasting, $30, is over priced for the area. The unfortunate part of that, is the quality of wine. The wines made us feel like we we're in a facility that just over produced... More

Unbelievably busy on a Saturday in February. We had to park a mile or two away from the tasting room and catch a shuttle to the tasting room. Expensive wines and a high tasting fee for Paso Robles. Service was extremely slow in the very busy tasting room. A better option for my wife and I would have been to... More

This winery is a must visit. If you're not a member it will cost $30. But these are the best wine in Paso. So smooth and silky. Service is over the top. This winery knows how to make you feel like you're a member of the Trump family. Wines are high end.

My wife and I attended an event at Daou Vineyards and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the wines and the high level of service. The event featured 5 red selections and 2 white selections. Each selection was paired with an app that complimented the wine. The pairings were well thought out and a delight to the palate. The... More
