We planted our first vineyard back in 1981 with the mission to make world-class Bordeaux-style blends. Since then, we've expanded both our knowledge of viniculture in this unique region as well as our acreage. Rich in fossilized limestone from eons of marine deposits, JUSTIN's soil is ideally suited to creating big, Bordeaux-style reds. At JUSTIN, we combine traditional Old World methods-like hand-harvesting and small-barrel aging in French oak-with New World technology. For example: the "Air Knife," an ingenious process invented by our winemakers, boosts grape quality and efficiency. Once the grapes are harvested, our winemakers gather to sort, select, age, taste, blend and decide what goes into every bottle.

Paso Robles is another wine tasting area near San Luis Obispo. It does not have the commercial feel like Napa. Justin is a bit off the road with a very nice relaxing setting. The wines are nice.

Staff was rude, and the facilities were not as nice as expected. The wine was good, but for the price there are many other wineries in Paso with equal or better wines for much less. Like I said the staff was rude and not very...More

One of my personal favorite wineries to go visit. Always a great time, always great wines, love the Cabernets which are my personal favorites.

If you are a fan of Paso Robles wines, this is must stop visit. The winery is classy and well done; it probably helps that this is a "newer" winery. You really need to take the winery tour to get an overview of the facilities...More

I’ve been a fan of Justin wine for years, going back to some of the early releases of Isosceles so I was excited to finally visit the winery today. My excitement however, quickly faded. While the wines are great and the location beautiful, I found...More

Went. The Justin Wine Event. At it at their old home! Very classy and beautiful. Got to try 6 wines and all were excellent. The appetizers were really nice. Crowded and shuttles available.

We visited Justin at the request of one couple in our group since they are wine club members here. The wines and very good and the tour was also very informative. We all purchased some wines here; however, we prefer smaller family owned wineries to...More

Don’t bother with Justin. They are a big corporate winery that doesn’t care for the environment after they chopped down 5000 beautiful oak trees recently. There are so many better options in Paso

I’m not totally sure what there policy is on pets. I do know they used to have a live in Labrador. I would say they are very easy going and professional and would probably be ok with a well behaved dog. Enjoy!
