Good for 1-2 hour of tubing fun

There are 2 sections, the steeper runs and the kiddle runs, both have about 6 trails each so you shouldn't have to wait too long. During the busy weekends, there's a wait at the... read more

it first be noted that the drive in was great, as the highways is kept immaculate by Calrtans, all year round, snow or not, which is why we went there, for the snow. The park is well managed with tubing hills for both the kids and adults, so while the big hills for adults are operated with a lift/conveyer system... More

There are 2 sections, the steeper runs and the kiddle runs, both have about 6 trails each so you shouldn't have to wait too long. During the busy weekends, there's a wait at the tow line to teak you up to the steeper trails. Great lunch, friendly staff. Watch your kids and make sure they clear the field by walking... More

We had rented a cabin in Twain Harte for the weekend and decided to take the kiddos to Leland for some snow fun. We ended up heading out roughly around 1:30-2:00ish. On the way up we noticed two pull outs, that had cars lined up for days. What I observed were a bunch of kids playing in the snow with... More

I followed others' recommendations for Saturdays and arrived there right before it opened. Plenty of parking. From 10 to noon, we could keep going as fast as we could get back to the tow. We took a break for lunch and after, long waits had developed. But that was fine, we had plenty of runs. The workers there were really... More

We went to leland this week and had a great time tubing down their hills. Each hill is a bit different, and the family run business ran everything very efficiently. Prices are very reasonable, and they offer food and supplies you may have forgotten. Recomment this to anyone.

Not maintenance and rope pull is very slow. Children had more fun simply sledding down hills near highway for free. At least the are inexpensive $10 to use park - everything else like sled rental etc adds up. So bring your equipment.

We visited Leland Snowplay today for my birthday. We had a wonderful time because the people were so great. My sister and I (both 50+) were the oldest tubers out there and just had a great time. The only negative is the price. For two hours with the tow, it was $25/each. Seemed a little pricey considering there was not... More
