Beautiful place, Pismo beach, surfers, waves, sun. There is a nice boardwalk along the beach and then walking on the beach is great with the sand, and surf.

Splash Cafe just one block up from the pier has the BEST clam chowder on the planet. They won the clam chowder cookoff 10 years in a row and stopped entering. Don't bother with the bread bowl...just order the next size... More
