We visited Oasis Camel Dairy for the second time recently because they currently have baby camels visitors can pet. Oasis Camel Dairy is only open to the public one weekend a month and for special events in Spring, Summer and Fall. We thoroughly enjoyed viewing the camels, turkeys, chickens, and exotic birds. Nancy and Gil put on a half hour... More

Thank you Donna for your lively review! The baby camels are so soft.... they have amazing hair from their daddy and we are anxious to see what it will be like when they grow up. Not too anxious mind you....they can stay little forever! May I use your review? It gives great advise! Thanks again. We are grateful for your... More

Features camels and other animals, including sheep, donkeys, and birds. The show is professional and educational, and guests are permitted to interact with the camels, who are very good tempered and appear well cared for . The owners obviously love and respect their animals, and treat them well. Don't miss this if you are in the area.

We were looking forward to visiting the Oasis Camel Dairy farm and it was beyond our expectations. The owners are very personable and their pride as well as that of their staff made it a great place to visit. My thrill was riding a Camel and feeding them. I bought several things in the gift shop for myself and gifts.... More

Why aren't there more thumbs up for Oasis Camel Dairy? We heard about it last week, on the local news. We were very surprised to see so many families at the dairy this afternoon. Now how cute are baby lambs? There were four. There are other critters to see. The bird/camel show was a hoot with so many people laughing... More

We are big animal people, but camels were one critter we didn't have much exposure to. So we decided to book a private tour and turn it into a little birthday party for my four year old animal loving son. It was the perfect place! The place is very charming and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. But what I... More

After a long drive you get to spend more time watching a bird show than actual camel facts and info. No movie or actual pictures of their facility where they supposedly make all these great products out of camel milk. ( by the way-nothing is cheap, and make sure you check the expiration date on the imported chocolate!) Save yourself... More

Hi there jbmvan. It looks as though you did not enjoy your visit with us. I am sorry. Just a note about the chocolate. It is imported from overseas. They write their dates differently. We write: month/day/year. The chocolate has a date written: DAY/month/year. If you look at the FDA sticker, it has a little explaination at the bottom. Also... More

Oasis Camel Dairy farm provides wonderful entertainment and plans the shows for the particular audience that day. I went twice this month. The first show was targeted for adults and provided great information for adults about camels, about care of camels, geese, turkeys and birds. They answered questions and engaged the group of about 20 people. The second day I... More

Drove 170 miles to visit this place. For me and my 8 year old son, it was worth it. That's just me. I love this kind of stuff. We got to feed the sheep as we walked in. Sheep feed was a couple of bucks. The opening animal show had me and my son cracking up with laughter. We then... More

Thank you so much for your review. We are so honored and truly humbled. It is amazing to connect with people who love animals and being outdoors and trying new things. We know the camel ride line is long. We just don't move the camels really fast do we? But we are working on ways to make it shorter and... More
