The indoor exhibits are housed in a light & airy new building so lighting is good. The museum is not that large but had a good display of artefacts. There is also an area which houses temporary exhibits such as artwork & crafts. There is...More

What a neat place. It's free for children. They loved the outdoor maze and we learned about the desert plants and animals. A must stop for tourists.

Very interesting museum with lots of information on the region. Great presentation on the petroglyphs with replicas. My favorite part was the Labyrinth outdoors.

The space is small and not many displays, but they had a good gift shop and we really enjoyed the statues and gardens surrounding the museum!

It is a small museum but has a lot packed into it. They had prehistoric fossils, petroglyphs, lots of taxidermy animals, geology exhibits and hands on areas for kids. They have a fairly large gift shop. The lady working there was very nice.
