A quaint and large nature park to explore, relax , and enjoy nature . Many trees and plants to check out. Use bug spray before you visit the gardens and try to visit on a cool day or in the morning. Free admission. Recommended.

Even if you are not an avid horticulturist, this garden offers lots to see and a pleasant setting for a stroll. Even in winter there are species worth viewing.

We found the Botanical Gardens enchanting. We bumped into staff along out peripatetic wanderings. Each person was knowledgeable and eager to share tidbits about the park and its environs with us.... A very pleasant time indeed!
