I brought my 2 year old grandchild here and was sadly disappointed. The cost for admission was ridiculous and, I guess, the only way to view the animals is with a "guided tour." A two-year-old could care less about a guided tour. He quickly tired...More

We regret that this individual felt our rules were policies were unfair and didn't apply to them however their dissertation is the very reason those rules are in place and our zero tolerance towards breaking the rules leads to our zero incident track record, proof...More

We are although some exhibits and activities might be closed for the health and safety of the animals. It's all dependent upon how bad the weather is but we generally stop open rain or shine.

Uber or a cab is in fact currently the best choices at this point. We hope our future will include transportation to and from Monterey and our zoo.
