We did a short farm tour, bought some fresh produce and of course a very delicious pie. As visitors to the area we were very interested in the Salinas Valley as a premium vegetable growing area? Today was Liams first day as tour leader and despite some nerves he did well. The tour covers the farming history of the region,... More

Been here many times. once for Ariel Fundraiser BBQ. Once for school field trip and once for Brownie field trip. All times such a great experience for the children. They have a great tour, hay ride, animals to pet and learn about and it's very educational and engaging for the children. There is also wonderful produce to purchase.

This farm is charming with not only it's fresh vegetable market and pumpkin patch, it has a few animals to keep the children occupied while you shop.

My girlfriend and I were on our way to salinas and we weren't looking specifically for a place to get pumpkins that day until we came across this place off 68.. The entrance is right off the freeway and can be a little tricky getting in.. The Farm is a great place for kids, very open and they have a... More

The Farm is conveniently located to my home and promotes organic, locally grown produce. However, on my last visit, the two eggplants I purchased were over ripe and the avocado was totally rotten. Very disappointing

Conveniently located on Highway 68 just outside of Salinas, The Farm is a great place for fresh produce, pies, and and some pretty cool presentations on running a farm. Along with the produce, pies, and gifts, The Farm has programs for school age children that is just right for a class field trip. Tractor rides, music, and educational presentations on... More

Chris at the Farm, a family member of the family that owns the farm, is super knowledgeable and interesting! Granted, my husband and I work in agricultural policy, but this is a must do for anyone who seeks to understand how food is grown. We walked in celery, broccoli, artichoke, and strawberry fields. We were on a 3 hour tour,... More

Music for the kids and real life farm stand. Its all grown here, no wholesalers here. Great presentation and nice facilities. watch for the narrow road leading in just pull over when car comes your way and you will be fine.

We mainly went there for produce but it looks like from what we saw & past reviews, a fun place for kids too. The produce is amazing & there is quite a variety of seasonal fruits & veggies. Cute selection of gift items & children's books/toys/etc.....enjoy!
