San Bruno Point park has amazing views and a nice place to check out if your in San Bruno area. Found this place after researching the area and it did not disappoint. The views across the bay are stunning.

There is a cool structure called Whistling Tower which is essentially a metal structure with holes that was erected on a very windy point. The result is a musical instrument played by the wind. You'll have to just hear it to experience the unique sounds.

It is really a nice little quiet spot, but can get kind of windy and chilly in the afternoon/evening. If you are going brink a sweatshirt. I like to park in the Costco parking lot and walk the trail from there to this park and then back.

Nice park but parking is limited as space is in competition with residential parking and church parking. But this is to be expected in the Bay Area.

Take left from DNA drive, you will see public shore boards.. When we reached this point , gps said there is another mile or so to go! You will see planes taking off, few stands where you can bbq, some ppl fishing.. It is surrounded by office buildings.. Lots of ocean view on three sides.. Aug 10, 2014

Thank Sherry T
