The garden itself is "free" but there's nowhere nearby to park for which you do not need to pay. If you have a park pass, then it will be free. Otherwise, you have to pay about six dollars. It's a pretty tea Garden, although not remotely authentic, for those of you who are connoisseurs of Japanese authenticity. There are three... More

Nice to roam around and relax. Beautiful park. The view really fits for prenuptial shoots. Lots of couples were there taking pictures. The pond has lots of fish. Kids are having fun running around and looking at the beautiful kois.

The Kelley Park complex in San Jose is amazing. Aside from Kelley Park, Happy Hollow Zoo, History Park, and the disc golf course, there's ALSO this lovely gem of a Japanese garden. Meander through lovely gardens around a vast koi pond. It's very photogenic and peaceful. Tip: find yourself some on street parking across Senter Road on on East Alma,... More

We took ur twins age 6 they enjoy running and chasing the ducks. There is a red bridge where you could see all the fish up close . It is nice to have a picnic with family it took us about one hour to see the park .

Great place to have a walkabout and admire the flora, Carps and Japanese house. There are lot of ducks/geese which have made their home here but make sure you avoid their poo all over the path ! Free entry and the back entrance of this park connects to another public park where you may chanced upon a few homeless people... More

This garden is much larger than I thought it would be and they have a large picnic area as well. We've visited twice and both times it was very tranquil and peaceful. It is kept up really well and is just beautiful. I love bringing quarters so I can feed the koi! This would be a great place to draw... More

There are some slopes, but plenty of flat trails too. We had a wonderful calm hour wondering around. Despite the comments about car parking costs we didn't spend... More
