Every Thursday night through out the year, the city hosts a delightful outdoor market/festival where local farmers sell the freshest fruits, vegetables and produce while local musicians and performers entertain the crowds.

We love this market, without regard to whether we buy anything. You'll love it, too. There are kind of two sections to the market: one for buying fresh, often organic, food to take home. There are some fantastic looking produce choices available. The second section...More

Treat yourself on Thursday night by going downtown for the farmers market. Fabulous BBQ, fresh veggies and you can eat your dinner while sitting on the curb. A real treat during wonderful weather.

Get the freshest items from local farmers while entertained on each corner and order a full meal at the same time. One of the country's oldest markets but always upgraded with new ideas. Spend your Thursday evening and get a wonderful experience.

Thursday 6pm to 9pm. It's extremely popular, finding parking can be tough, better idea is to walk or use the trolley (50 cents per person)

We always stay at the Apple Farm. Approx. 15 minute walk, but there is also local transportation right along the street to take you to the market.
