Fund and active day for all

Educational and entertaining, new additions are great, especially the bubblefest, now with a laser show attached.

Discovery Cube hosted the traveling Sherlock Holmes exhibit. They did an excellent job with well trained staff who assisted everyone doing the exhibit. The rest of the museum didn't really seem my speed, and the place was filled with children from several schools. So this review is for the hosting of the Holmes exhibit only.

We happened to visit the weekend after they opened the new exhibits and were very impressed. My kids loved the grocery exhibit where the could scan different foods and learn about the contents. They also loved the recycle game where you sorted the different recycled items. Educational for kids and adults!

Wow, what a waste of time and money. I thought it would be fun. My oldest is very into science and math, and my youngest very hands on. Should be fun right? Wrong. They were bored senseless. We spent maybe an hour here. It was overpriced, and actually had an entire section on grocery shopping for healthy foods. Ugh. Not... More

We went here on the advice of a co-worker. She told me if I was a Bank of America customer, I can get in for free on the first Sunday of every month. Both my wife and I were customers, so we got in for free. We went specifically for the Lego exhibit as my son likes Legos a lot.... More

We spent five hours here with our five year old granddaughter and this place was so engrossing for her we had to drag her away. It seemed impossible for her to get bored. I'm sure if we came back she'd have just as much fun. The only downside is the lack of refreshment facilities and we ate from a food... More

If you want something to do that will entertain kids and adults, and is not a theme park, try this. Hands on, science oriented, creative. Recently expanded.

This place is great!! my kids had a blast here. The price is steep, but totally worth it once you realize how much there actually is to do here. Bubblefest is a must! Must visit if staying in the area.. we stayed at The Red Roof Inn next door which was a really nice experience- literally right next to the... More

We've been to quite a few children's museums, this museum is by far the most involved, the technology is amazing, and everything is hands on. The Lego area was by far the favorite. The cost was a tad pricey especially since general admission doesn't automatically get you in to all of the exhibits, which was very disappointing to my kiddos,... More
