Good sightseeing. Interesting old building. Hand painted walls on the second floor. Top floor has a deck to see out over to the mountains in all directions. Great outside marriage venue

Beautiful courthouse. We enjoyed the mural room. And the walk up to the bell tower where we had beautiful views of the city, mountains and ocean. The bell clock room was very interesting. The grounds were beautiful. Worth the visit.

This is one of our town's most beautiful spots! Its historic, romantic, stunning. The grounds are large, green, beautiful. There's a watch tower you have to see. Over looking the city and mountains! Love to visit here as often as I can...

It was a surprise to see a building like this in Santa Barbara. We have the chance to visit it. The lobby and the main hall are very beautiful. Climbing at the terrace of the tower we had a magnificent panorama of Santa Barbara.

This is worth the time, free of charge as it is a functioning historical court house. Beautiful tile work, chandeliers, painting and ceiling murals. Great views from the roof top of the Santa Barbara area.

I can't remember for sure, but since it is a public building in use every day as a courthouse I am pretty sure it opens at least by 9 am.
