Went for a tasting with my husband and in-laws and was beyond impressed with what we found! Beautiful grounds for BYOB picnicking along with a welcoming tasting room with knowledgeable folks and big smiles! Good prices and absolutely perfect for an outdoor lunch in the sun or under a beautiful and bright umbrella. Recommend for groups 100% !

If you are looking for a winery off the beaten path this one is tough to beat. It is in a beautiful setting with a lot of great outdoor seating and a cozy indoor tasting room. The woman conducting the tasting was informative and friendly. Oh and the wine was really good too and not priced off the wall like... More

Went for tasting on free tasting card. Older lady who served us seemed very bothered and not real nice. Because of this we chose to go after 1-2 tastes. Bought 2 bottles at next winery as the service was great. Maybe a little nicer would have made purchases.

Had a great time here, wines were excellent and tasting room staff were a lot of fun. Pinots are the estate wines and those were best but other varietals were great too.

This was such a beautiful winery. It was so nice to visit the gardens, play corn hole and bocci. The wines were delicious and the ladies pouring were lovely. Sitting outside in the covered lounging area was the best was to spend a day.

Even though non-club members have to pay a small fee for tasting, Martin Ray is reminiscent or days long ago when NorCal wineries warmly welcomed visitors into the fold of future fans. Their wines (in particular the newer rosé of Pinot Noir and the Santa Cruz Chardonnay) are terrific at that mid-range price point. And the special events (e.g., recent... More

We tried one of their wines and liked it. We looked up where they were located, and found they were only a 45 minute drive away. So we made reservations and just returned from the tasting. Friendly staff offered any wines we wished to try and we particularly liked their Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonney. We found the wines to be... More

A freindly tasting room and winery with interesting and diverse wines, many of which are at extremely reasonably prices for Napa/Sonoma. They aim to please at all times and want you to try anything they have on hand. Plan to spend some time there, It is pretty awesome

We were driving by and saw this place, didn't really know much about it. So we stopped in and had a nice tasting, and self-tour for about an hour. The young lady who helped us was delightful and knowledgeable. Tasted a couple of Pinots, one was really nice, thought I'd buy it, then she had me try the Merlot, and... More

Martin Ray produces a variety of white and red wines; however, their strength is their Pinot Noir and red blends. Tasting room (for the Wine and Food Affair event) was located in a large barrel storing room which was great. There is a picnic area at front which invites guest to purchase some wine and enjoy lunch before heading out... More
