I took my granddaughters, age 6 and 12, for a visit. They were nearly entranced by the various 'bug' displays. Butterfly breeding is a high priority here. In addition to the various insects, the store sells lots of different science/bug oriented kits, cards and games....More

The main business is breeding butterflies and ladybugs for schools and science - a most interesting process. The museum houses many exotic insects in non-threatening enclosures, and the staff is generous with information and, if you like, bringing a few bugs out for closer inspection.
