We celebrated our grandson's 2nd birthday here since he's so fond of trains. The kids (and adults) have fun riding the train through the grounds, going through tunnels and stopping at their miniature town and petting zoo. Rides for small children are limited.

Took one year old grandson. Had a great time although a bit young. Park itself was more than just the train as there are other rides. Animals to feed, etc. Might not be so much fun in the rain.

One of the few non-wine things to do in Sonoma. Did not ride the train, but everyone getting on and off seemed happy and we ready to line up for ice cream.

Fun for the family....skip the food. Overpriced and very average. We take the grandchildren there (4) frequently and they find something new to enjoy each time. Age 3 to start worked for us.

My four years old son had a blast in train town. Fun and just had to spend two hours of the day, no lines to enter or to buy the tickets. Affordable fees.
