This is a great place to get close to nature -- to see birds and other small animals in their natural habitats, and to enjoy the sounds of nature unimpeded by our busy daily lives. Woth a visit when in the Sinson Beach/Bolinas Area.

Huge clean beach. Surf is perfect for some surfing but better for boogie boarding. Enjoyed sitting on the beach at sunset. Beautiful surroundings with a number of restaurants in town and many picnic tables on the grounds.

This is a truly wonderful nature preserve in beautiful Stinson Beach, California. Trails for hiking, areas for picnics, nature to be observed. Our favorite place in Stinson.

We actually saw seals/sea lions sunning on the sand bars in the middle of this low lying water place! We did not stop to take pics but sure will next time☆☆!

Check out the hidden bird hide with your children. It is a quiet place for them to see birds in action, sometimes a chipmunk, too. Trails for all levels of hikers, picnic tables invite for a lunchtime view of the egrets attending to their nests,...More
