We have been visiting here for years and one of my favorite parts of this stop is the garlic and Brie bread. It is a must have while out wine tasting. The winery is also a great stop. They have a good variety and the staff is great.

Located on Rancho California Road (the main drag in Temecula’s wine country), Maurice Car’rie Vineyard & Winery is reputed to be the oldest vineyard in Temecula, planted back in 1968. While many wineries go for the hilltop chateau look, Maurice Car’rie comes across more as a quaint roadside farmhouse. There is ample parking along with spacious lawn with picnic tables.... More

We arrived a little before it opened so had time to walk around the nice grounds. Great little gift shop and known for its sourdough bread and brie. Bread wasn't ready but it gave us time to do some shopping. Bread came out warm so we bought some butter and salami and enjoyed it outdoors on one of the picnic... More

2nd Stop on our Self navigated Wine tour We stopped just for BRIE Bread with Cheese, YUMMMMMMM. The Baked Brie bread with Garlic flavor is heaven, this is third time here and we never missed Brie bread from here. It is Gigantic , 3 can share easily. It is $16.50 for one bread, but worth it. How to eat Brie... More

I LOVED this place. I was in town for the weekend and some local friends suggested I stop here for bread. Yes, sourdough bread. I had been to plenty of other wineries in the area so I thought, why not? I wish I could have stayed for hours. Not only is the wine very good, the staff makes you feel... More

I visited here a few years ago and when we booked a trip to come back for a wedding, we had to stop here and grab a bottle of their pineapple champagne from the bride and groom and one for ourselves. Great wine, great staff and great atmosphere.

After taking a horseback wine tour that was disappointing, we were pleased to visit this great wine tasting room. The hostess was so knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She was dressed in 1890's outfit too! She answered all questions and was a real asset to this vineyard. They have almost 40 wine to choose from for sampling. We tried 11-12 of... More

We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon. We tried to purchase the ticket for wine tasting, but the counter lady said she had just closed down for the day. However, she offered, it would be fine to still get a free sample (taste) since we were there. That is kindness you dont get at most places. So we enjoyed more... More
