We have probably been at this venue 20-30 times in the last ten years. As the old baggies that we are, we now go only when there is an aging folk singer performing (Joan Baez or Arlo), or when a film festival film is showing. The building is a great Art Deco relic and is beautiful inside. The really bad... More

The venue is small which makes for an imitate setting. It is also nice that you can touch the stage if you are up front. There is no fence/gate area. We saw Yonder Mountain New Years Eve and it was awesome! The only disappointing circumstance is that we were told that we could not smoke an e-cig in side, however... More

Just stopping by to see the nice Art Deco facade is worth the time. The theater has some of the best bands and alternative acts come through their doors. We catch 2-3 shows per year and the smaller space makes each performance something to remember. They are a good place for larger group events as well.

This is a very cool theater that has great acoustics for live music. The place has a Art deco image since 1906. I live in the Dallas, TX area and this place is exactly like the Granada Theater in Lower Greenville. You get great Jam bands and others lining up to play these place. Highly recommend visiting the Boulder Theater.

We were there recently for the Earls of Leicester and really enjoyed the venue. I had called and purchased tickets a few weeks before our trip and the guy I spoke to was very nice. When we picked them up at the will call, I was surprised when he said, "Hi, I'm who you talked to on the phone"! Very... More

We went to a see Patty Griffin the other night and were very disappointed in our seats. What appears to be a good seat in the seating chart can be horrible because of the stepped floors. If you get a seat at the back of any step, you will not be able to see the stage through the people in... More

Best sounding venue in Boulder with a great Art Deco vibe. Don't miss seeing a show here! The best show to see is DeVotchKa on Halloween every year.

Good place to see bands coming through Boulder. Small venue so everywhere offers a good view of the stage.
