A unique bus, with equally unique seating, ride across the city, lots of ghost stories and a superb guide. What else is required for a fun trip. And Banjo Billy's certainly had it all. I had loads of fun on this trip.

We took this tour as part of the CU Boulder Family weekend. It was limited to 25 people per bus and it was worth the wait. The bus itself is quirky just like the local scene to modify an old school bus into something unique....More

I would have preferred a standard historical tour. Banjo Billy seems to pride itself on not including any "boring" information; as a result, there's a lot of trivia about sensational crimes and ghost stories that aren't really relevant to an out-of-towner interested in learning about...More

This was a great way to learn some neat things about Boulder from the unusual transportation option of this tricked out school bus. Miles and Patrick were great and professional BUT fun too. There were nearly all ages on our tour and everyone seemed to...More

Took the tour with 4 adults and 2 teenage girls. Many interesting facts, with a mix of comedy and ghost stories. Our guide Patrick did a great job. The teenagers got a bit bored.

no one tells the stories of Boulder and its surroundings like Glen Locke on the Boulder history tour. He is funny, informative and knows the town of Boulder frontwards and backwards. Lots of interesting information he tells

The tour was ok. We found a good deal on Groupon, so it wasn't a bad value. I think it probably is more fun when it is warmer & the windows are down. I'd recommend the individual seats. They use a microphone, so you should...More

Fun and funky history and humor tour of a many-storied town. We've taken the tour three times now, and it's a little different each time depending on your driver, but it's always a lot of fun. You can bring the kids, too! You get to...More

our daughter made reservations for us on the Boulder city tour. Was very nice, and the tour guide was from Michigan whick made it more interesting. Not a real comfy bus, but more hippie-like and something to talk about.
