There is path around the lake that is 9 miles long. I walk that often since I live close. The fishing is not the greatest from shore, you need a boat. Often there is wildlife such as deer to see. Lots of bird watching. Scheduled...More

Barr Lake is a hub for family entertainment. They have programs for kids at least monthly, guided rides around the lake, and their employees are enthusiastic and welcoming.
