This one is free to visit, much more natural setting and the drive up is really beautiful in itself. There is alot of hiking to do in this area as well.

There is a nice visitors center. The falls are really pretty. The trails are well maintained. There are several places for kids to play in the water.

This is a nice spot to visit. It was very pretty to look at and there was a nice drive through the mountains to get to it. There are a lot of steep steps so keep that in mind. You can see it from the...More

nice waterfall, pebbles-on-rock steps quite slippery but there weren't too many of these. Somewhat dangerous for folks with balance or vision problems who are better off staying at the bottom of the falls. Nice benches & viewing areas. Not a fan of the port-a-potties, but...More

the falls themselves are nothing spectacular but still something to see. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful with a nice trail leading from the bridge over the falls.

This is a pretty little falls that doesn't require hiking to get to. Cheyenne Canon is pretty all around. We took the drive on a hot day, and stopped to take the hike from the trailhead that starts here. I wouldn't call it a must...More

Hiked in Cheyenne Mountain Park, then visited Helen Hunt Falls. Steep jaunt, but enjoyable! Disappointing to see several people getting off the trails, when it is clearly marked NOT to, as well as remnants of fireworks trash littering the trail which is also no-no. Worth...More

Wow, this was one of my favorite places ever visited. You can see the falls right as you pull up, and only have to walk a few steps to get to the top of the falls. We took our boys (11, 9, and 7) up...More

The falls were free, so it is worth it if you have time. Actually, there wasn't very much flowing and it wasn't all that exciting. If you have time it is worth a stop since you can easily see them and it's free. You can...More

Hi Vanessa - I have not been to Seven Falls, but know that it can get pricey for "what you get". Helen Hunt Falls is only about a mile or so for there and back. It may feel a little longer because it can be steep in some... More

If she only sees the waterfall area she should be fine! However, if she wants to go up the stairs and hike the trails above the falls, I would not recommend that without speaking with her physician first. It would be a lot... More
