The Michael Garman Museum & Gallery features over 500 handmade sculptures by Michael Garman honoring American Heroes from all walks of life. Reproductions of Michael Garman's original sculptures are all hand-crafted and finished in the Production Studio located in Garman Building. We offer personalization options to help you create a portrait of the hero in your life. We also house Magic Town - Michael Garman's 3,000 sq-foot sculptural theater. Wander through this miniature city complete with hundreds of hand-sculpted characters, holograms and visual illusions which make the sculptures appear to move throughout the exhibit. Magic Town tells Michael Garman's life story with 7 decades of American History inspired by the artist's vagabond journeys throughout North & South America. All admissions include complimentary popcorn and a scavenger hunt. Guided tours and group discounts available with reservation.

We really enjoyed touring the Garman Museum. So many sculptures to see - all with such detail that it doesn't seem possible. There is a continuous video in the back that tells the story of Mike Garman. Simply an amazing place. There is a section...More

We've been to the Garmin Studio before & loved it. Was VERY disappointed that they didn't open 'til noon on a Saturday. Bummer.

This is a great location for the art fanatic. The artist is extremely talented, with an eye for realism.

Disappointed is my best summary. If it were free - which it is not - I still think it would not be a major priority if I were visiting Colorado Springs. If you ship this exhibit - I believe you have not missed much.

Doing the scavenger hunt really makes you focus on the figurines and see all the details involved. The way the artist used lighting, mirrors, and video projection to make the sculpture come alive is pretty cool. While the scavenger hunt is only four questions long,...More

Michael Garman's work is realistic, figurative sculpture primarily of people at work in many occupations. The gallery is welcoming -- no pretension, no galleristas sizing up your pocketbook as you come through the door. Garman's seasonal Christmas display is especially popular, and the man himself...More

The scavenger hunt is always fun but it's extra special during Christmas. It's a fun activity for all ages and will keep you busy for a while. Seeing all the details in the sculptures is really interesting.

About an hour. I stop in about once or twice a year; and have collected a little more than a dozen sculptures.

Adult tickets are $5 a piece. That includes complimentary popcorn and scavenger hunt card. I haven't been able to find any information about children's tickets, but I would assume they are even less expensive.
