The exhibits are awesome, especially the wildlife ones! Their special exhibits cost quite a bit extra so that kind of sucks for us budget travelers. We got the mile high culture pass definitely worth it we saved some money with it. The dinosaur exhibit is also really cool! Allow yourself time to enjoy the exhibits, we didn't get there until... Very amazing! Beautiful views!! Good price not to expensive, overall I would reccommend! went when it was a little chilly, but in a nicer climate a good stroll through park would be great it looks beautiful.

The Peruvian and Egyptian mummies exhibition was fascinating. Also we enjoyed the IMAX movie on Egypt. Great museum for the whole family.

We toured the museum last week before flying out of town and were very impressed. The archaeological collections and gem & mineral displays were the best I've seen besides the Smithsonian in Washington DC. The staff was extremely helpful and many took time to explain our questions with patience and knowledge. Many thanks to all.

I loved this museum. The exhibits were great, especially the dinosaur exhibit and the one that takes you through the origin of life & evolution. A fun way to spend the afternoon!

We were initially attracted to the dinosaur exhibit but were equally entertained by the mummies! The museum also houses a great collection of gemstones and minerals, with placards that detail the physical and chemical changes these stones go through that differentiate them from each other. The IMAX movie was an awesome experience, as was the Planetarium show about black holes.

Free parking right in front of the building and there is parking below the ground. Located next to the zoo. Walked inside and and purchased tickets right at the kiosk in two seconds. I saw lots of couples, families, senior citizens and children. There is a large gift store and bistro / restaurant on site. There are 3 levels with... More

I took my adult sons to see the Mummies exhibit. I don't belong to the museum anymore since my sons grew up. The price tag for the exhibit was quite high without the membership. The exhibit was good but not great, especially at the non-member price. Feeling a bit disappointed.

I have been visiting the Denver Museum of Nature and Science since I was a small child and now I'm retired so obviously this represents a lot of years. It has always been, and still is, a great way to spend a day. The exhibits are top flight and amazingly displayed. There is something there for virtually every taste. They... More
