Great place for adults and kids both. Our six year old loved the dinosaur exhibit and got to meet the paleontologist working on the triceratops just found outside of Denver.

tons of dead animals in cases, a smallish gem and mineral collection, and hordes of children - it's an adult's Saturday afternoon nightmare

Hi Zack, We're sorry if your experience was impacted by the number of children who were also visiting while you were at the Museum. We tend to have fewer guests on weekday afternoons. We hope you're able to stop by again during a quieter period!

A great variety of items especially the dinosaurs. We used the Denver Culture Pass to save a lot of money.

Lots to do and see. Great Gemstone area and mining exhibit. Currently running an Animals in Motion exhibit. The time went by fast and we left a lot unseen. If I lived in the area a yearly membership would be a great value!

I feel like I am repeating other's answers, but here it goes. We only spent about 4 hours at the museum, but we focused on the exhibits that interested us the most. As many have said you can spend as much or little time at... More
