My wife and I went to the Star Wars and the Power of Costume exhibit at the Denver Art Museum. This is self guided using an audio wand. The tour takes about 90 minutes. The displays and explanations of the various costumes were incredible as well as fascinating. Highly recommend! Afterwards have a great lunch at Palettes which is located... More

Visited the museum on a Saturday to see the Star Wars costume exhibit. We went early to tour the rest of the museum first. We were very pleased to see how many activities there are for kids scattered throughout the building. The Star Wars exhibit is amazing! Even if you weren't a big Star Wars fan, the history, the artwork... More

Where else can you see a Yamamoto fashion exhibit, Venetian art treasures, Monet, Picasso, ancient Asian exhibits, contemporary mind blowing galleries??? This is world class art and a fully mental-cerrbral-tactile-emotional and FUN explosive experience. Loved it.

I am always impressed by the exhibits. It's not a huge museum, but it's a quality museum. The Star Wars costume exhibit is a must see for dorks everywhere.

We went specifically for the Star Wars exhibit and were very happy. We were able to take loads of pictures and you are given an audio tour that gives you lots of information as you walk round. We also looked at other parts of the mueseum. There is lots to see across a momentous 6 floors. Highly recommend.

They do a great job of bringing in a lot of fabulous exhibits for varying tastes. Definitely buy tix in advance if it's a big exhibit since they tend to sell out. Very accessible and kid-friendly, you can enjoy it wandering around and in a more formal way. I really like that when I'm there with my kids--and there's always... More

Just went with my family to see the Star Wars Costume exhibit and it was phenomenal! We got tickets to enter in a 3:30pm thinking that would be plenty of time before it closed at 5pm. It definitely was not! There is so much to look at and so many details. Give yourself plenty of time and really take it... More

DAM has an outstanding western art section. It has one of the best Native American collections in the world. It has fine special exhibits as well. The architecture is so interesting and unusual.

I have to travel to Denver from the Eastern Plains but I am never disappointed. I watch for changing exhibits and plan a trip to the city to coincide.
