I visited just over a week ago, and from the moment I walked in, staff were very attentive and helpful. I needed to put my backpack in the lockers, but the ones on the ground level were full, so someone took me downstairs to a...More

The building itself is quite stunning, but the exhibits were okay. It will be nice when the construction and expansion is complete as this museum could and should offer so much more.

I'm not sure that I really felt the worth of the Degas exhibit. Perhaps I'm just not into Degas that much but it was very difficult to see many of the images - the lighting was very dim, they said it was done to preserve...More

Wonderfull Degas exhibit on now. Amazing Gift shop. Floor after floor of galleries and exhibits. Really worth the price of admission and the time spent visiting everything. This would be one of those must see places to go if you only have a one day...More

The museum staff were well prepared, polite and friendly. The building has amazing architecture that adds to the experience. Plenty of facilities (toilets and water fountains). Exhibitions were displayed in spacious rooms and the building features an outside deck with good city views.

We visited the museum in March of 2017 for my daughters birthday and she enjoyed it so much she requested another visit. This year was a total disappointment with most if the exhibits being unavailable. From my understanding the are currently renovating. I would wait...More

The Denver Art Museum is very good museum with a great Degas exhibit right now. To go into the Degas exhibit you'll need to pay an additional fee (about $15 each, well worth it). The museum's architecture is spectacular. I would recommend this museum for...More

We have become members this year due to our continued positive experiences here. Even though kids are free, I am happy to help support the museum and it makes it easier to just go for a bit. They always have great exhibits for the kids...More

The Degas exhibit was well done! It "told the story" thru his work and related others of his development and learning process. The exhibit showed how we experimented with different media and techniques thru his life and really empowered budding artist. Fascinating view into his...More

The imaginative architecture of the museum delights the eye. The interior is full of surprises as one walks the galleries. You can step out on to the balconies offering a delightful view of Denver’s public park.

I'm so sorry I didn't see this earlier. We bought tickets online beforehand. We only waited 10 minutes or so. They monitor how many folks can start the exhibit at a time. Waiting wasn't an issue. Also, you are free to roam... More
