If you go to the web site each of the tours is pretty well described. The general admission tour I think is $15 each and the tour takes an hour as they introduce you to their inhabitants and explain the status of the wolf... More

Yes. there were a few people there with strollers. However, the path is gravelly and goes uphill at times.
