Even though it was a miserable cool day, (some 45-55 degrees) and overcast and occasional rain....this was a must do as part of our planned itinerary. It was only about 15- 20 min from town and they had one HUGE pool, which wasn't unfortunately too...More

Trimble is a nice little find. A natural hot springs pool that isn't just a hole in the ground. The Olympic sized heated swimming pool is a great addition. Perfect for families. The children can swim and play as mom and dad soak. A large...More

Great for soaking, massage or party gatherings Pool is warm enough to swim year round and hot springs are great after skiing. Flowers start in the spring and are beautiful... you can lay on a towel on the grass or they have a few plastic...More

We took a family friend and they loved it as well. They encourage you to use all pools, they allow re-entry (same day), very friendly.

Get ready for a price gouging... For the price paid to get in I would have expected to see clean dressing rooms and no film floating around the hot pool... Not so. We needed a break so decided to try again after my less than...More

The best Hot Springs was in Pagosa Springs, CO. Wife talks about it all the time. Trimble was ok but not the same.

Very relaxing day at the hot springs. This one was low odor compared to the ones in Pagosa. Nonetheless, it was very quiet and the soaking hot spring was very clean. They also have a warm olympic sized pool that also has a lap lane...More

Great fun family location. Huge hot spring fed pool for the kids to swim in and play - and then two little much hotter pools - for adults in a quieter area. Picnic tables, grills , nice grounds, - some food available - basic -...More

I started with a massage and then "took the waters". Great thing about the hot spring water was no sulfer smell. Two different hot pools and a regular pool for swimming. This is a must do if visiting Durango.

How far is Trimble hot Springs from Purgatory Village? Is it open to the public? How much? Will we be able to do this on our early March ski trip?
