This was a great first time white water kayaking experience! Our guide, Forest, was terrific and he led 4 of us on sit-on-top Kayak trip on the Colorado River. First day was at the Eagle-Vail pavilion. We were fitted with equipment and began learning strokes and bracing techniques in the pond. We also worked on wet exits. The precursor to learning how to roll a kayak. (Righting your kayak if you flip upside down. This last about 2 hours or so. Day 2 was exciting! On the eagle river... More
