You can drive by and stop at different places, where there are hikes and paths to the water. You have to buy a ticket for parking/entrance, it cost 7 dollars. I went up early in the morning and it was so nice and peacefully.

Great place to walk or bike. Don't have a boat but just might get one. Only caution is to stay away from eating at the Bar just outside the park. I got sick

Fun place to boat. Beautiful surroundings. Water is a little chilly until mid to late summer due to snow runoff. Several areas around the lake to hike and mountain bike.

We were recommended to take a drive through here. Man, we were not disappointed! It was stunningly beautiful. We wish we had more time to stop and take a hike and be able to truly enough the area. We will definitely be back.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. You can tell they enjoy their job and want to help. There were only 2 campsites for tents and they were really close to each other which would have been an issue however we got the place to ourselves....More

Horsetooth Falls Trail - start at the same spot as for the regular Horsetooth hike and maybe a quarter mile in, there is a sign. The trail to the falls veers right and is marked.
