I used to love this place. We brought our daughter here when she was little to enjoy the shops and restaurants and rides. We also have some wonderful memories of great car shows here. So sad to see it going away.

Well Heritage Square is not what it used to be. The only thing left are carnival rides best suited for kids. The grounds were neat and clean. There is one fast food type lunch stand with several choices at a fair price. They also sell beer. The restrooms were clean. Most of the rides were for kids under 8-9 years... More

A few rides, a carousel and some cotton candy is all that is left. Even the Alpine Slide is being torn down. Not much to see or do there now. Hopefully, another attraction will eventually take its place, but looks doubtful. So sad.

It didn't appear to be open anymore. We used to spend a lot of time with our Children when they were small around the holidays. I would like my Grand Children to be able to experience all of the events they used to have. We always went to the play house for almost every play. It was always a great... More

This place is hanging on ! Sad to see how much of the park is closed. I wouldn't pay full price for what they offer. We got discount tickets on Groupo. It looks like they are giving it some TLC. Hopefully it will make a come back. Its a fun place to go for family fun

Just went by today, 11 July 2016, to see if we could ride the Alpine Slide. It was only 5:10 PM and was informed by a staff member that they were closing, which was still enough time to ride the slide. But were then told that the slide is closed permanently. Only a few of the kiddie rides are open... More

The family travelled miles to visit this place only to discover fences everywhere, and vacant old beautiful buildings! They are going to tear the old historic buildings and the Alpine Slide down! Money problems aside, it seems they could have saved the historic buildings that are beautiful! Some of the rides were open but what a waste of time. Do... More

I don't know all the history of this place but I do know they're shutting down for good. The alpine slide was probably the best thing at Heritage Square but the latest word is it's shutting down. I believe a couple of things are supposed to be open the summer of 2016 but I would call ahead or have a... More

Aside from taking kids there in summer time for an yesteryear's experience in an old fashioned amuzment park, I also really enjoy a leisure walk when the park itself is closed off season. It is all by itself a fascinating place, a time piece calls for memories.

Very neat place but too bad most of the businesses are closed. Use to come here as a kid when the place was bustling with people
