Very informative regarding the distillery business, their little nitche in it, and what it takes to produce a smooth product rather than one with a lot of tannins or rough edges on the pallet.

If you haven't checked out State 38 yet you need to. They make their own spirits and mix them into some of the best drinks I have ever tasted. We will definitely be back! Margaritas are the best I've ever had!

I can't tell you the full price because a) we've had Groupons and b) they change it up every so often. I'd check the website for current information and be sure to check Groupon as well.
