Wonderful place and great staff! Terrible parking if you go on the weekend. The lot is always full. Lots to see here-biking, walking paths, fishing, bird watching. Very well maintained

Great location to hike, walk, ride a bike. Learn and connect with nature. Go during the weekdays in the mid mornings, less people. Weekends the trails and park are very, very busy!

Beautiful trails with plenty to see and do! Kids love scrambling through the forest, over the rocks and looking for owls.

This is my favorite trail to run and bike on. It offers a side gravel trail for several miles to allow space for the runners and walkers, staying out of the biker traffic. Beautiful views of the Platte, and you can access Chatfield State Park...More

Great place to access the South Platte River. You can hike either direction. The Nature Center is very informative, especially for the kids. Right by Aspen Meadows for great restaurant access, or to score a Starbucks.
