Took my 4 and 2 year-old grandchildren to see the dinosaur exhibit. They enjoyed the early settlers exhibit and the water flow control game as well as the dinosaur bone dig. The views and hands-on objects in the top observatory room were the best entertainment!...More

Half the museum is free. The other half is a special exhibit that costs $8. Currently this exhibit is a dinosaur exhibit. Both halves are well done and take about 15 minutes each. Was it worth $8 for the dinosaurs? Not really.More

This place is the "coolest"! A small town like Longmont with a museum and cultural center speaks volumes for our town. The have a gallery, museum, a theater with seasonal presentations etc. Pretty cool!

For a relatively small city the museum is great - interesting exhibits, education about the local history and culture and something to do throughout the year: special events such as free outdoor concerts and theme movies with food and beverages in the lobby. It also...More

As one might expect, this small museum focuses on local history: settlers, railroads, sugar beet industry, etc. There are a couple areas for rotating exhibits - we skipped the Lowrider exhibit. But despite its size the exhibits are modern, well presented, and have hands-on elements....More
