We hiked this trail on one of the hottest days of the year. It was hot, hot, hot, but we did like the views of the Gunnison River. I would not recommend this trail anytime in the summer.

What a great area to go to in the summer, when it is over 100 in Texas. Plus the people are great. We go every July and Aug. Have always had a great time. You will to. BUD CARTER
